At Tony’s Chocolonely, we want you to be 100% happy with your chocolate; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days for a resolution. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for chocolate that has been opened or for change of mind.
Return Process

Email our team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your bars.
- 2.Provide Proof
Attach a clear photo of the damaged items or the incorrect shipment so we can track the issue back to our bean-to-bar process.
- 3.Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a replacement or refund is the best way to make things right.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, or we will ship out a fresh batch of chocolate immediately.
